Any known errors will be announced at the time of the auction. Neither Horsemen of Iowa, Inc. nor the auctioneer assumes any liabilities for errors or omissions of catalog statements.

February 15 of auction year. Non-payment of the balance due by
February 15, results in forfeiture of all money previously paid.
-
A breeding contract will be issued to the buyer upon completion of payment of the service fee. Absolutely no mares can be bred until balance is paid and the buyer obtains a contract. All additional charges by a stallion owner must be disclosed prior to the auction. All other contracts must be available for viewing at the auction.

Nominated mares that did not produce a live viable foal will be reclassified and allowed a return service only one time and only the year after purchase.
-
